INFORMATION ABOUT OUR TEST STRETCHER

1. Borrow our stretcher

Simply order a stretcher or scarf of your choice.
Rules:

• Test period: You can test the stretcher for 7 days from receipt.
• Do not wash: Please do not wash the carrier during the test period.
• Heavy soiling: Should unexpected heavy soiling occur (e.g. due to a leaked stool from a diaper), please contact us immediately by e-mail at hello@cocoome.com or by WhatsApp on 0676 9444630 and we will find a solution together!
• Careful handling: You are welcome to test the stretcher extensively, but make sure you handle it with care. In the event of heavy soiling, tears or other damage, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit.
